Reinforcing its commitment to the travel advisor community, Pleasant Holidays unveiled a new travel advisor website, logo and a “Benefits Deliver Campaign.”
“The new pleasantadvisor.com combines form and function, with a striking new look and a simpler, more intuitive interface, making it easier to find and book the best offers,” the FIT and group tour operator said.
“One new feature presents available offers when viewing a hotel listing on the site, as well as all offers available by destination on the destination pages,” Pleasant Holidays added. “When selected, those offers continue to display throughout the booking flow to provide travel advisors and their clients with the assurance that they’re receiving the exact offer they selected.
The website also features a robust array of tools – including help with building social media content, webinar trainings and sales flyers – to help advisors bolster their businesses.
“One useful feature offers the choice to display or suppress commission information in pricing, making it easier to share pricing with clients when working with them in person,” while a “robust dashboard allows for monitoring of bookings from initial reservation through travel,” Pleasant Holidays said.
Additionally, the company has introduced a new deposit policy, enabling reservations to be held for $100 per person, a reduction of $100, plus applicable hotel or airline fees.
“Courtesy holds have also been extended from three days to five days,” the company said.
Meanwhile, the “Benefits That Deliver” campaign reiterates the ways in which the company helps travel advisors thrive, including but limited to, “directly contracting hotels and resorts via established relationships, booking source transparency, including the sharing of agency name, agency consortia and ARC number with each hotel and resort and 100% commission protection on bookings with the cancel-for-any-reason cash-back travel protection plan,” Pleasant Holidays said
“We are excited for this new chapter for Pleasant Holidays, a brand that represents a lasting legacy among travel advisors, suppliers and destination management organizations,” said David Hu, president and chief executive officer of A | T Collective, Pleasant Holidays’ parent company.
“Our commitment to providing the utmost in travel advisor support will be further complemented by enhanced technology and travel advisor tools,ßå allowing all to successfully grow together in this ever-changing industry,” he added.
