WHY IT RATES: Exodus Adventure Travels is committed to helping its advisor partners grow their private groups business, and the five-day virtual training session will provide savvy strategies to help them capitalize on this profitable market. — Claudette Covey, Executive Retail Editor.
Exodus Adventure Travels today announced the launch of its first-ever Private Groups Week, taking place June 8–12, 2026, as part of its continued investment in helping travel advisors grow their private groups business.
The initiative comes off the back of strong growth in North America, where more travel advisors are successfully building and leading their own group departures, tapping into rising demand for small-group, community-led travel experiences.
“We’ve seen incredible momentum in the North American market, particularly among travel advisors leading their own groups,” said Sasha Andrews, Director for Industry Sales. “More advisors are recognizing the value of bringing their communities together through travel, and Groups Week is designed to give them the confidence, tools and inspiration to take that to the next level.”
Private Groups Week is a dedicated five-day virtual training series designed to help advisors start, scale and succeed in the group travel space. The program will feature daily live sessions covering Introduction to Groups with Exodus, How to Market Your Groups, Take Your Own Group Trip and Top Trips by Theme
Advisors will also be able to take advantage of Exodus’ popular “Book 10, Go Free” incentive, offering a complimentary place on a departure once 10 paying passengers are confirmed – a proven model that continues to drive both revenue and loyalty.
“Group travel continues to be one of the most exciting growth opportunities for advisors,” added Andrews. “It not only drives higher-value bookings, but builds stronger client relationships and long-term repeat business. Our focus is on making it easier and more rewarding for advisors to grow in this space.”
Exodus continues to support advisor partners with dedicated resources and expertise, helping them create meaningful, experience-led group itineraries that resonate with today’s travelers.
