Hawaii Travel Guide

Hawaii is the ultimate escape for the traveler seeking natural beauty and relaxation in a holiday destination.

With pristine beaches, unique local culture, fresh and delicious food, and endless natural landscapes, it is the perfect Pacific paradise.

The most popular way to get between different regions and islands in Hawaii is plane travel, which is fairly affordable and the quickest way to get around.

When traveling within one particular island, a great way to travel is by renting a car. This is relatively affordable and convenient to allow you to explore the island at your leisure.

Bus systems are usually the most popular method of public transport on most islands, and offer a great budget-friendly option.

If you plan on spending much of your vacation at your resort, it is worth it to book a taxi or airport transfer just to get between the airport and your accommodation when you arrive and depart.

Maui: The second biggest island in the Hawaiian archipelago, Maui is a popular destination known for its stunning beaches, valleys, volcanoes, and lush greenery. Our favorite sights here include Haleakalā National Park, Paia Beach, and the Hana area.

Kauai: For an island experience balanced with tropical rainforest, Kauai is a must-visit while in Hawaii. The mountainous island is a haven of scenic cliffs, a bright blue ocean, hidden waterfalls, and tranquility. It is slightly more secluded and quiet than some of its other island counterparts. Our must-see spots are Waimea Canyon State Park, Queen’s Bath, and Polihale State Park.

Hawaii Island: The largest island in Hawaii is everything you could want on a vacation. Beautiful and exotic beaches, green forestry, water sports and activities, and vibrant local culture and history. The larger island has a bit of city life, but we find it still maintains the peace and relaxation that Hawaii is known for. The beaches are lined with incredible resorts to choose from, and you can experience a bit of authentic Hawaiian culture.
